Situated in the village of Commeny, at the heart of the cereal tray of French Vexin, the house of the Bread is installed in the former attic with flour of a bakery in service.
First prehistoric pancakes in the bread which we eat today, the site invites to discover a food as old as the hills. The house of the Bread dedicates a wide place to the educational animation for the young audience and the school: shaping of dough rolls pétrissage and to be taken and to be cooked at home.
