The Beer of Vexin is brewed and bottling in the farm with the barley collected on the family exploitation. Hops, finely selected for their low bitternesses confirm the note of sweetness brought by cereal. The Sargeret family declines a pallet of flavors through their range of fair, white, amber beers, Véliocasse (amber in the soft flavor of honey) and the special spring vintages and Christmas.
